- Read the care label (attached to the inside of the garment) carefully before attempting to clean and ensure you follow the instructions.
- Use a reputable drycleaner who understands the fabric and construction of your garment, as the correct cleaning method is an important part in the protection and maintenance of your garment.
- Do not iron a soiled garment as this can result in permanent damage to the fabric.
- Avoid direct contact with cosmetics,fragrances, hair product and perfume as contact can result in permanent damage to the fabric.
- Do not rub stainsas this can cause further damage to the fabric.
- Always seek professional advicebefore attempting to remove the stain yourself
- Perspiration stainsif left can discolour and weaken the fabric of your garment.
- Do not hang garments in direct sunlightas this can cause fading and/or discolouration.
- Do not store garments in plasticas this allows moisture to build up in the garment. Your garment can benefit from airing from time to time.
- Do not wear jackets whilst drivingas this can cause pressure on the lining and result in your jacket losing its shape.
- Ensure your garments are properly hungas this will lessen the need for re-pressing.
- Wearing and cleaning the trousers of a suit separatelyfrom the jacket can result in shortening the life of the suit. We advise you to always dry-clean the jacket and trousers at the same time.
